You can find this in WHM under Account Functions.
If your resold client is suspended, you can unsuspend them in WHM. Click Suspend/Unsuspend Accounts in the left menu, highlight the domain, and click unsuspend. If you cannot, then there is a security ticket that must be resolved first; please contact security@hostmop.com for assistance.
Note: You're able to customize your company's suspended page - this will be the page your customers will see if you suspend their account. To edit it, please follow these steps:
1) Log into WHM
2) Click on Modify Suspended Account Page
3) Modify the HTML code and click Save.
