These are two types of secure FTP.
SFTP is FTP using SSH.
SFTP is allowed on dedicated and VPS servers only, and you can connect with PuTTY or WinSCP over port 2222 (port 22 for dedicated and VPS accounts). If you cannot connect, please contact hostmop via live chat, phone, or email [email protected] to tell us.
FTPS is FTP over SSL or TLS.
FTPS is allowed on dedicated and VPS servers only. Please submit a ticket to [email protected] requesting "enable TLS for FTP".
