How to reset root password in VPS

To reset password in VPS you need to do these steps:

  1. Go back and watch your email on VPS accounts, with email subject New VPS Account Information. Your default login information, VPS control panel and SSH access are stored in this email.
  2. Visit your VPS control panel via the following link: http://vps.imediabiz.com:5353/login.php
  3. Login using your username and password.
  4. After login, select or click on your VPS hostname.
  5. At the VPS hostnames main page, select the menu root password.
  6. On the next page will display information about changing the root password. Type in your desired new password, then click change.

Note:

  1. New root password that you create can be used to access your WHM.
  2. To log into WHM please use: username = root, Password = (Root Password)
