Ownership and management of domain  or hosting account

  1. Information on the ownership and management of domain or hosting account
    Ownership and management of a hosting account or domain is determined based on the information that registered party or registered as an Order process hosting account or domain is created.
    In this regard to that, any information, authority and rights can only be given to the person registered in the hosting account or domain.
    Requesting information, access log, or things associated with the hosting account or domain cannot be given to other parties outside of the party who registered in the account. The verification is done through email addresses and other contact info, as listed in the account.
    Additional contact details or changing contact info can be done directly through the Client Area. Technical support assistance can be allowed if the email address used is the primary email address in the contact info account.
  2. Ownership and management of domain or hosting account problem resolution
    Due to some circumstances, there are disputes between the stakeholders of the domain or hosting account mentioned. Keep in mind that we cannot give login information to any parties/stakeholders who are not listed in the client area.
    For example, a web developer or IT staff who previously worked or working with company A, is the party who registered an account hosting and domain company. However due to some circumstances, both parties is no longer working together, then the company want to manage and take over the account hosting and domain company.
    In this case, HostMop as a provider of Web hosting refers to the ToS and Privacy Policy applicable, that HostMop can only provide the rights and management authority to the party who registered or listed in the hosting account. However, HostMop will always attempt to accommodate and provide assistance in handling this problem by making various efforts including:
    1. Seek contact the party listed in the hosting account associated with the subject requested by the applicant on account hosting and domain in question.
    2. Arranging the various other alternative solutions in order to guarantee optimal performance of services for performance and continuity of activity hosting account or website.

HostMop will not be blamed or ask for responsibilities or compensation due to the disputes or other matters arising between the parties arguing.
