For our clients that decide to add a control panel (cPanel) to their Virtual Private Servers we offer semi managed support. Our technician will help you to install and troubleshoot as mentioned below
1. Operating system installation
Operating system will be installed by our Support Team as requested base on your order.
2. cPanel installation
cPanel will be installed along your OS, if you decide to not include cPanel, your virtual server is on unmanaged state, but we will still help you as best effort from management
3. Apache , MySQL , PHP installation and configuration.
Apache , MySQL , PHP installation and configuration via cPanel based on your request, otherwise we will install your virtual server based on cPanel default. We can tune-up your Apache module, MySQL, and PHP to full fill your need.phpMyAdmin would be installed as default service, and MySQL performance would be tuned up based on request. PHP service (httpd) would be installed and configured based on request, your web server will be monitored from downtime probability, and we will help you to troubleshoot your server. But this service is not covering your very own data as PHP script, MySQL database, web security hardening. Our Technical Support would not help you to troubleshoot your script from error.
4. Update
Our Tecnical Support will updating your server software if needed. Critical update may cause downtime. If your need us to update/upgrade or modify your software, please provide us with reference URL. Most of cPanel component updated automatically.
5. Tune Up
Our Technical Support will tune up your server if needed. Our Technical Support will check your server performance without notice. All modification would be notified by support tickets
6. Data Transfer
We can transfer data if you use cPanel on your old server. Be advise, we cannot guarantee how long the process is, it depend on how big your data and your server location. we cannot transfer data that bigger than 3GB.
7. Other service
All other service that we provide beside statement above is our best effort for our client. We have technician that can help you, but we suggest that you also seek reference to solve your problem. We didn't do add-on domain, create email accounts, uploading or modifying your script, otherwise we will help you to solve your problem by your own with providing reference.
